(I just downloaded the later nightly, but “about Safari” tells me it is a
417.9.3, exactly like my basic one).

1. Normal behaviour: go to

2. Abnormal behaviour: go first to http://blog.empyree.org/?974-rss-de-tags
then click on “possible” (which leads to
http://jerome.steaknco.com/index.php?2006/02/15/36-les-tags-dans-les-flux-rss-de-dotclear).
80% of the time, encoding is not recognized. If you reload the page, everything
is OK, though. See attachment #2
