Well, I guess if I had read the r14127 log entry a little closer, this behavior
would have made sense!

- fixed <rdar://problem/3126419> history load enforces history limit, but
deletes the newest instead of oldest items

I guess that I'm triggering this bug in the production Safari code using the
test procedure below.  John, please close this bug if this is the case.
