Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open ToT WebKit.  (I'm using r14730.)

2. Visit a page of links, click a link, then hit back to verify it appears in
the visited color.

3. Quit ToT WebKit, then start production Safari.

4. Visit the same page of links as in Step 2.

Expected Results:

The link clicked in Step 2 above should be rendered in the visited color.

Actual Results:

The link clicked in Step 2 above is rendered in the UNvisited color.

Regression:

This is a regression from production Safari 2.0.3 (417.9.3) on Mac OS X 10.4.6
(8I127/PowerPC).  Tested on a locally-built WebKit r14730 + Safari 2.0.3
(417.9.3).

Notes:

This is a recent regression (last week or two) of the ToT WebKit.  Need to do a
binary search through the nightlies to find when the regression occurred.
