I did a patch for this merging from the khtml tree 12 months ago but hyatt
rejected their solution for :last-child which was very similar to this (added
bytes to footprint), so I stopped working on it. I will see what the khtml tree
does now and see if it's been improved. It would be nice if carewolf could give
his thoughts.

I have three versions of patches if anyone wants to see them.
