For all pages on netflix that I tried, the following reproduces the problem:
1. Go to a netflix page (e.g. www.netflix.com/)
2. Delete the netflix cookies
3. Reload. The page now doesn't render as it should. Some css seems to be
missing.
4. Reload again. The page now shows up as it should.

This is a regression from released Safari.
