I am running TOT with the new icon DB enabled, and I've noticed that accessing
a site from Bookmarks for the first time doesn't update its icon, although it
is displayed correctly in the menu bar. Next time Safari+TOT is launched, the
icon is there.

This works as expected with stock 10.4.7. I haven't verified if this issue goes
away when disabling the new DB in TOT, though.
