The fix for <rdar://problem/4609195> "Help Viewer loads empty window (not
getting didFailLoadingWithError: callback)" broke
dom/xhtml/level2/html/HTMLIFrameElement11.xhtml. I get an assertion failure,
and, looking at the buildbot, the release build apparently crashes or hangs.
