The example from
w3.org: http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/REC-xforms-20060314/sliceG.html#xforms-in-xhtml-00.
Fails to render the controls (note: this example also makes extensive use of
several xml namespaces, so that may also be the problem).

Webkit renders it as basically plain text. Even though the xforms controls all
map fairly simply to exissting webkit controls. I find no mention of Xforms on
the projects page.
