I've had a closer look at the code in this page, and it looks as though it's
"fixing" its menus for Internet Explorer via JS.  It does this "fix" for
non-Firefox browsers, which causes Safari to break.  It's not particularly
clear what the "fix" intends to accomplish, so I can't tell if the fix causing
the menus to break in Safari is a bug but I see the same behaviour from Firefox
if I change it's User Agent string to match Safaris.

I'll drop the webmaster of ASB Bank an email and ask if they can fix this
problem.
