That works as a replacement for patching RenderLayer::hitTest(), but now I see
that in addition, RenderBlock::positionForCoordinates() needs to be patched.
I'm pretty sure it wasn't necessary back when I posted the RenderLayer patch,
but I can't see what changed since then.
