For instance, if i have an image set to loop twice, and i open it in one
window, let it loop once, and open it in another window, it only loops once
more, and is synced with the initial window, instead of starting at the
beginning and looping twice, as i would expect. 

We resolved this issue in OmniWeb 5.1 by creating a separate object for each
instance of the image, so that different instances of the image could be at
different points in their animation.
