           Summary: REGRESSION (418-418.8): Some asp.net 2.0 validator
                    controls have quit working
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 418.x
          Platform: Macintosh PowerPC
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.4
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P1
         Component: New Bugs
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at opendarwin.org
        ReportedBy: james.ashley at dtag.com

This is a duplicate of bug #4630919 at bugreport.apple.com. I filed that one
before I realized it makes more sense to file it here.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.thrifty.com
2. In the pick-up location text box, enter a location ("lax" works)
3. Next to "GET RATES" click "GO"
4. Pick a car and click the "GO" button. This should bring you to a page that
shows details about the rate ("Your can & rate")
5. Click "GO"
6. This brings you to the "Book it - You're Almost Done" form
7. Enter values for the First Name, Last Name, Telephone, and E-mail. Click
"GO" again

Expected Results:
You should move on to the next step in the process. (A page where it shows the
details about the reservation, sends you an email as a confirmation and thank
you, that sort of thing).

Actual Results:
You get an error that the First Name and Last Name fields are required and
remain on this screen.

This sort of thing is happening at at least 2 different pages on our site. So
far, I haven't had a chance to trace down what's different about those pages
(or, specifically, the controls on those pages which have problems).

This very well might not be a Safari bug. It may be something we're doing
wrong, it could be Microsoft not following standards with the javascript that
does the validation when the controls are set up in a certain way. But it
might, so my boss wanted me to bring the WebKit developers in on it early on.
