Via "Window: installed plugin", Safari told me i have flash 9 installed
see notes below on installation

Not only doesn't the bugged URL load, but the adobe flash test page doesn't
load

I downloaded the (flash) installer and reinstalled: no luck. Reinstall again,
AND restart machine. No go.

All works fine (and always has) in Firefox
