Changing the user agent string in both the Safari 2.0.4 (419.3), and WebKit
r15395 yield the same results. If there is support detection it seems to be
done on a different level. One example is the editing bar available in Safari
has fewer options then WebKit, even when both are set to MSIE 6.0, or Mozilla
1.1.

Webkit shows as many options as Firefox and IE, except there is no visible tab
to switch to "Compose" which contains all those editing tools. This could
possibly be due to the visible rendering glitch on the create post page. See
bug #8796.
