I was placing an order on Amazon.com in ToT and when it got to the page with
the button that says "Place order" it brought me back to the page after I
clicked Place Order and refused to place the order. I had to launch the
released safari in order to place the order.

I cannot try to reproduce it as if the bug doesn't exist when I try to repro
it, it'll cost me money. I have no issue with spending time on something, it's
the funds.
