Currently window.open can't create any new windows because

 - (WebView *)webView:(WebView *)sender createWebViewWithRequest:(NSURLRequest
*)request

is unimplemented. This would be nice to have since it means that tests like
manual-tests/open-close-tokenizer-crash.html can be automated.
