* SUMMARY
OPTION text contained in OPTGROUP appears at the wrong size

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. With a custom css sheet applied,  select {
-webkit-appearance: menulist;
box-sizing: border-box;
} , open attached test case "OPTGROUP_test.html"
2. Compare the size of the text used in the FIRST item to the list items under
"Cities" which are contained in a OPTGROUP.
3. The text used in the OPTGROUP list items are a larger point size.

* RESULTS
The correct font size should be used for OPTION elements contianed in a
OPTGROUP

* REGRESSION
Yes occurs only with native popup
