For Bug 9179, it's been very helpful to be able to run select WebKit layout
tests in MSIE 6.  However, the description() function
in fast/js/resources/js-test-pre.js attemps to set div.innerHTML, which MSIE 6
totally barfs on.  It would be nice if the description() function could be
rewritten to work out-of-the-box with MSIE 6.
