Steps to reproduce:
1) Visit http://bugzilla.opendarwin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9750
2) Click on the "URL" link.
3) As the page starts to load, move the mouse.

Expected results:
Page finishes loading.

Actual results:
Page loading stalls, and Safari sits at 100% CPU for a long period of time.

Other:
Tested with WebKit 418.8 and ToT.  Same results occur in both.
