Using Safari 2.0.4 (419.3) on Mac OS X 10.4.7 (8J135/PowerPC) with a
locally-built WebKit r15149, the expected menu items are:

Open Link in New Window
Open Link in New Tab
Download Linked File
Add Link to Bookmarks...
Copy Link

Inspect Element

Actual menu items are:

Open Link in New Tab
Add Link to Bookmarks...
