This is not a regression.  Safari 2.0.3 (417.8) behaves the same way under
10.4.4.

CCing David Hyatt since he's working on image stuff now and might find this
interesting.

Depending on where image drawing is handled, this bug could be "deeper" than
WebKit, too.
