The nighlies are not real applications.  They are just launchers which fool
your system into using your installed copy of Safari with a newer version of
WebKit.  As a result, the scripting support would be no different with a
nightly than it is with Safari.  You shoudl be able to launch a nightly and
then talk to it like you would a normal version of Safari over AppleScript.
