SUMMARY:
2 pop-ups, both wrong size when downloading attachment at webmail.mac.com

STEPS:
1. send yourself an email to your .Mac account that includes a file attachment
2. log in at webmail.mac.com and open this message
3. click the link for the attachment

RESULTS:
A Safari window should pop up that says something like, "Downloading
Attachment".  This window should be a reasonable size.  Instead, 2 windows pop
up, and they are both as wide as my screen and way too short (can't even see
the contents of the window).
