This is a pretty basic bug in our svg text support.  Unfortunately fixing it
may require serious rethinking of our text drawing interfaces in WebCore. 
Regardless, this is a bad user bug which could prevent shipping SVG support in
WebKit.  Adding SVGHitList keyword and bumping to p2.
