The WebView documentation mentions several notifications available to track
progress including WebViewProgressEstimateChangedNotification,
WebViewProgressFinishedNotification, and WebViewProgressStartedNotification
however the source appears to indicate that
WebProgressEstimateChangedNotification, WebProgressFinishedNotification, and
WebProgressStartedNotificationare actually sent.
