My $0.02: I think JavaScriptCore is working correctly. The bogus assignment to
the global var in PACSupport.js (which happens to be outside function scope -
a-ha!) thwarts all other like-minded vars.

Emailed Maciej for advisement. I don't think I can resolve this as it's
more/all to do with CFNetwork, not WebKit.
