reduced test case... sort of

I got the start of a reduction, I simplified their HTML (from 620 to less than
200), got rid of everything except javascript and css and images needed to
render the menubar properly (in which I call <base href="http://ati.com">,
sorry for that, but there's a 600+ menucode.js file that has some hacks to
render the menubar)

Should be easier to debug.
