ToT is Apple slang for "tip of tree" which is the latest cvs or svn build. So this is the latest available version 
of webkit at that time. A nearly ToT version can be obtained from http://nightly.webkit.org, using this you 
get the new WebKit under the hood of your Safari. The latest nightlies show that you're issue has been 
resolved.
