Steps to recreate 

Open Inspector
Resize Inspector to smallest size (for easiest effect: I saw this w/o this)
Click on "Nodes" (or the title bar.  Anywhere but the treeview)
Scroll with scroll wheel.  contents scroll up, fall off top.

Expected results.  None.
