This bug is also in Radar as <rdar://4329263>

When going to the log in page for a French bank (https://www.hsbc.fr/1/2/hsbc-france/particuliers/
login then press button "Acces client" near the right), there is no field to type the account number using 
Safari.
Using good old IE, there is a field on that page.


Safari Version 2.0.2 (416.12), the version that comes with 10.4.3
