I've noticed a few images that don't load inline, but if I call them directly in the browser they load fine.

A good example is the "bay window" image on this page:

http://www.beatnikpad.com/

If you try and load this file directly, though, it works:

http://www.beatnikpad.com/images/tiles/tile.php

This works in the release version of Safari, as well as the latest ADC seed build, but not in the latest 
WebKit nightly.
