Summary: XSLT document() doesn't handle non-ASCII paths
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 412+
          Platform: Macintosh
               URL: http://nypop.com/~ap/webkit/xslt-
                    %D0%BF%D1%83%D1%82%D0%B8/xslt-
                    %D0%BF%D1%83%D1%82%D0%B8.xml
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.4
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: HasReduction
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: XSLT
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at opendarwin.org
        ReportedBy: ap at nypop.com

In the attached test case, only an ASCII filename works.

Works in Firefox correctly, but doesn't work in command-line xsltproc, so filed as <http://
bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=325592>.
