We have two things: a fieldset (containing some labels and input-fields) and a floating div (with an 
unordened list, but the content is not important). The floating div is supposed to float left, and it does, 
but in the process, the fieldset still gets drawn underneath it. The fieldset is supposed to wrap around it 
(as it does in Firefox/Camino and other browsers).
