Heh i found out what happen i kinda did it by mistake last time.

If you have a scroll wheel mouse and you use the wheel while the inspector
window is your focus and you use the scroll wheel anywhere on the window when
your mouse is ontop of a scroll box, or a large black of static text such as
the markup & content area the contents of the window up and down.
