I can reproduce both problems. Missing controls is a regression, thus P1.
Incomplete rendering of text also happens with a stock Safari 2.0.3. These two
problems need to be tracked separately, so a new bug needs to be filed for one
of them.

I suggest to track the first problem (regression) here.
