Menu bar testcase

This is at least one of the problems with the menu bar. Safari puts the images
on top of each other, while Firefox 1.5 puts them side by side.

Decreasing the width of the second td makes Safari render almost like Firefox
1.5 (side by side). Adding a white space between the images in the first td
makes Firefox render like Safari (on top of each other).
