- Create a checkbox
- Add a "onmousedown" handler which does nothing but return false.

In Safari, the checkbox can no longer be checked/unchecked - basically becomes
"unresponsive". In IE/FF, this is not the case. Not sure if this is intended
behaviour (i.e. follows spec?).
