First cut at a fix

This fixes the bug by implementing the logic from
RenderLayer::updateLayerPosition in RenderBox::absolutePosition and
RenderBox::computeAbsoluteRepaintRect.
It's probably a bad idea to repeat that code twice, so I'll welcome suggestions
on that (including naming).
