This is a not a p1 bug. :)  Please see our priority guidelines:

This also does not cause any "failures" as tests are only for regression
testings for us.  We compare against the previous "expected" rendering, not
against the w3c rendering.

I'm not sure if we even want to/need to fix this.  Our tests are ever so
slightly different from the stock W3c in some cases.
