           Summary: No favicon with Safari - OK with Opera and Firefox
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 417.x
          Platform: Macintosh
               URL: http://blog.empyree.org/?1341-favicon-problem
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.4
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Layout and Rendering
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at opendarwin.org
        ReportedBy: david at goddess-gate.com

My favicon doesn’t appear in Safari. As you can see on the pictures below,
there is no problem with Opera or Firefox.

Here is what I entered in the page’s <code>head</code> :

<link rel="icon" href="favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" />
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" />
<link rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon"
<link rel="icon" type="image/png" href="favicon.ico" />

Could it come from the icon’s format?
Any idea?
