This seems to be related to the flash plugin. Seems to happen to all websites
with a menu system that hovers over a flash object. Examples include
http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/high_performance/ and
http://www.adobe.com This happens with the Flash plugin version 7 and version
8. 

And yes, I see it too.
