The empty client thing actually doesn't bother me so much.  Brady, Eric and I
talked on IRC about the idea of having the empty clients be a more general
concept, e.g., so that you can have a more lightweight Frame/Page/FrameView
stack that isn't concerned with the client functionality.

I am comfortable with this idea, since I think other features will need this
same capability.  For example, XBL subresource documents could fit into this
model.
