Chris, If you'd still like to file a bug about this issue, you may create a bug
report on https://bugreport.apple.com/ and refer back to this Bugzilla bug. 
You need an ADC account to do this, but you may create a free "online" ADC
account on https://connect.apple.com/.  Please report the "Radar" bug number
assigned back in this bug as well.
