Opera 9 flashes alt text like Safari does now, although my current
locally-built debug build of WebKit r18398 with Safari 2.0.4 (419.3) on Mac OS
X 10.4.8 (8L127) doesn't flash alt text as much as attachment 8594.  It flashes
a solid color instead.

Firefox 2.0.0.1 doesn't flash the image at all when reloading.
