You are strongly encouraged to disable all extensions installed with Safari
before running the WebKit nightly. It may be locking up because of one of
those extensions. Try disabling them all, the running the WebKit nightly
again.

I believe these messages happen when you already have Safari running and then
try to start the WebKit nightly (which is really just re-running Safari with it
pointed to a new WebKit library after some initial pre-flight checks, like the
one for extensions installed).

The WebKit nightly is trying to warn you about compatibility issues (just)
before they happen.
