One of the tests in cursorfallback.xml works incorrectly now - the cursor
doesn't turn into help in the first red box ("Test svg cursor fallback with
hotspot, should show help cursor").

The other two red boxes may be failures, too - the description says that the
cursors should turn into default one (and it turns into pointer in Firefox),
but it is I-beam.
