Steps to reproduce:

Source in TSW:

1) Copy the html file to <SDK_Installation drive>:\epoc32\WINSCW\C
2) Compile & run the application in CodeWarrior
3) The application can be found in installed folder\Proto1-1st
4) Upon invokation, the application will show a embedded html page.
5) Traverse Up and Down the html page.
6) When a hyperlink is not focused, the softkeys will remain as  Options and
exit
