1. Remove dependency on browserautoformfillpopup (old version of popup listbox)
2. User must up or down arrow (depending on whether list pops up or down) to
highlight first item on list
3. When text box is empty nothing shows in the list
4. When list is empty the list box border is set to "0" hiding the list box
5. List box is updated on key commit allowing user to activate the text box by
typing a letter (before pressing 66 caused it to put 'mm' in the text box
instead of 'n')
