Splits out 10 more bindings.  Actually only 9 of them are being auto-generated,
(DOMHTMLBaseElement, DOMHTMLBodyElement, DOMHTMLHeadElement,
DOMHTMLHtmlElement, DOMHTMLIsIndexElement, DOMHTMLLinkElement,
DOMHTMLMetaElement, DOMHTMLStyleElement, DOMHTMLTitleElement) and
DOMHTMLDocument has been split out into it's own file.
