Steps to Reproduce the problem (Source in TSW)

1. Copy the files from Test HTML with Image.zip to <SDK_Installation
drive>:\epoc32\WINSCW\C 
2. Compile the test application in CodeWarrior with
ECapabilityClientResolveEmbeddedURL and ECapabilityClientNotifyURL flags set
3. The application can be found in installed folder\Proto1-1st
4. Upon invocation, a view with a list box will be opened.
5. Press the selection key, images and css is not loaded
